I've spent years self-managing anxiety, stress and depression after life has thrown hurdles from left, right & centre. My interest turned to the science behind our brains, exercise, food & lifestyle, where I found many 'aha!' moments. Reducing stress and overcoming anxiety through mindfulness is all well and good - but when we are in a state of anxiety, our brains are unable to function properly.  The only way to change the chemical reaction from stress is to make the body work in a different way -quickly.  It's not hard, in fact 1 minute can change everything and make you see more clearly.
